Atal Tinkering Lab @ DLDAVPP

  With the aim to nurture and motivate young minds to innovate Induction Ceremony of School Innovation Ambassadors Club of ATL-DLDAVMS was organized on 7th May 2022. Students were felicitated as Innovation Ambassadors and Neoteric Innovators by the members of Advisory Committee Mr. Sachin Nagpal and Mr. Ashish Madan. School Innovation Ambassador Club has been conceptualized by the school to train the Neoteric Innovators across all classes who will nurture the young school students on Ideation, IPR, product development, design thinking, problem solving and critical thinking. Innovation ambassadors are students who promote innovations in the school and steer the innovation culture in the right direction to pass on their knowledge to other students and support them.

At DL DAV, we believe that learners at all stages continuum need access to the skills that will allow them to compete in an ever-evolving economy. TechKnowSkola- our technology partner has been committed to closing the gap for students that support them through its programs and platforms. The camp was not only based on the principles of STEAM but the 21st-century skills set but also provided an Inter-disciplinary educational approach that aims to inculcate a DIY mindset, concurrently learning the 4Cs of the 21st-century skill set- Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication.   "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” To commemorate Dr BR Ambedkar's #BirthAnniversary , DL DAV Model School, Pitampura celebrated #ATLCommunityDay2022 on 13 April 2022 wherein students from Manthan SVK NGO were invited to visit the Atal Tinkering Lab. The day long activities included the Visit to Science Park, Session in 3D Lab, Project Display following hands session on 3D Printing using Tinkercad and Basic concepts of Electronics organised by students of Neoteric Innovators Club and School Innovation Ambassadors Club.

 

  Proud to share that Sanchi Bansal, student of class Viii Cambridge, The winner of the #SheSTEM Insta-reel challenge, received her prize - A TABLET from Sweden Embassy in collaboration with Atal Innovation Mission Sanchi had created a video, where as a 2040 SHEStem leader whose clean energy company 'Greentech Solutions' produced environment friendly technology. Two of her company’s projects involved producing network wires that don't to emit radiation and electricity-powered biodegradable fabric bags. With her futuristic mindset and Insta-creativity, she claimed the leading spot i n the challenge.

  'Innovation is where imagination meets ambition.' We are delighted to share with you all that DL DAV Model SCHOOL, Pitampura celebrated Third Anniversary of its ATAL TINKERING LAB. It's been 3 years since the atl was inaugurated in our school.
